Oh Happy Day!

Gordon Taylor of Progressive Historians fame has began his own blog, The Pasha and the Gypsy, for writings on Turkey and things Kurdish!

His first 6 postings make up an extraordinary 'film scriptlike' story of a 'lustful affair' between an older Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the Pasha, and a sixteen year old, Zsa Zsa Gabor, the Gypsy.

While reading, you actually feel like you are watching a film. It's a 'must read' for anyone with an interest in Turkey and a joy for anybody else who just enjoys a good read!

Gordon Taylor has written extensively on Turkey and the Kurds and writes with great sympathy and warmth for the Kurdish people and their Freedom Struggle. As a pro Kurdish Rights blogger I am very excited by this development and cannot wait to read Gordon's future writings.
